As a reminder, this year's Equity in Transportation Committee (AME10) Mid-Year Meeting will be held July 11, 2023 from 1pm to 5pm PDT in person in Los Angeles, with a virtual option for participation in the business meeting from 1pm to 3pm PDT (4pm to 6pm EST). The in-person meeting will be held at Arup’s downtown Los Angeles office, located at 900 Wilshire Boulevard, 20th floor, Los Angeles, CA 90017 on the last day of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) Annual National Meeting and Training Conference adjacent to Arup's office. There is no fee to attend in person, but registration is necessary to provide information in advance to building management for visitors to be let in without delay.
The first two hours of the meeting will be available virtually as well, allowing for broad participation. The last two hours, from 3 pm to 5 pm, will include an environmental justice (EJ) workshop focusing on Executive Order 14096 and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Phase 2 updates and PechaKucha style presentations.
