WRI is circulating a SOW for a disability rights white paper. The paper will explore the most effective ways to center disability rights and justice in the transition to electric school buses. We are looking to identify a contractor to partner with the Electric School Bus Initiative in this important research. You can find all the details in the attached SOW.
